Your payout is smaller than your orders. Here is exactly why.

Upload your payment processor's payout report and your own order export. Feefind matches every order line-by-line and shows you the arithmetic from gross orders to the amount that landed in your bank — fees, refunds, chargebacks, holds, and everything that does not match.

No more spreadsheet shuffling

You export two CSV files. Feefind compares the order totals against what the processor actually deposited, and flags every row that does not match. No manual lookup, no tab-switching, no writing off small differences because you cannot trace them.

Every discrepancy explained

If a fee is higher than the published schedule, Feefind shows the expected fee, the actual fee, and the difference — down to the cent. It does not say "overcharged" because it does not guess. It shows the arithmetic and lets you decide.

Nothing omitted, nothing guessed

A row the parser cannot read gets a specific error naming the line and the problem. An order in your export and not in any payout gets flagged. The unexplained-difference figure is the product — computed from your files, not from assumptions.

Built for the person who reconciles

10–200 orders per day, one processor payout lump sum per period, and a spreadsheet you have been maintaining because nothing else tells you where the gap is. Feefind is that thing.

How it works

01

Export your files

Download your payout report from your payment processor (Stripe, for v1) and your order export from your shop system. Two CSVs.

02

Upload to Feefind

Both files are processed in your session. No file is retained unless you are on a paid tier that stores the summary.

03

Read the breakdown

Every order matched or missing, every fee compared against the published schedule, every cent of the unexplained difference — in a single scannable table.

What you get

Matched line items
Every order that appears in both files, with gross amount, expected fee, actual fee, and fee difference flagged if it exceeds 0.5¢ tolerance.
Missing orders
Orders in your export that do not appear in any payout, with their full dollar value — so you know what is still outstanding.
Unmatched payout entries
Payout lines with no matching order in your export — refunds, chargebacks, or entries you need to trace.
Fee discrepancies
Every line where the actual fee charged differs from the published schedule (Stripe standard US rates for v1). Shows expected vs actual and the exact dollar gap.
Chargeback & refund totals
Separate count and amount for chargebacks and refunds extracted from your files, so they are not buried in the lump sum.

Try it with your own data
