1. Acceptance of terms
By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. Once a legal entity is registered and these terms are updated with that entity's details, continued use will constitute acceptance. Until that update, no binding agreement exists.
2. Description of service
Feefind is a reconciliation tool that compares two CSV files — a payment processor payout report and a merchant order export — and returns a line-by-line breakdown of discrepancies, missing orders, and fee differences. The tool processes files in memory and returns results to your browser. No account is required to use the free tier.
3. No accounts, no stored data (free tier)
The free tier does not create accounts, store uploaded files, or retain reconciliation results server-side. Everything is processed ephemerally. The paid tier (not yet available) will store reconciliation summaries in Cloudflare D1 for later review.
4. Billing and subscriptions
This section applies when a payment gateway is wired and the paid tier becomes purchasable. Until then, no billing relationship exists between you and the operator.
What you buy
A subscription to the Feefind paid tier grants you access to monthly payout batch reconciliation and the storage of reconciliation summaries for up to 12 months. The free tier continues to be available without payment.
Price and billing period
The paid tier costs $12 per month, billed at the start of each billing cycle on the calendar day you subscribed. Payments are processed through Stripe. All prices are in United States dollars.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (card declined, expired, or insufficient funds), Stripe will retry the charge automatically up to three times over a period of approximately seven days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and your stored reconciliation history will be retained for 30 days. During that period you can update your payment method and resume the subscription. After 30 days without successful payment, stored reconciliation summaries may be deleted.
Refund policy
Because the paid tier provides immediate access to reconciliation and storage functionality, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact feefind@agen2ic.ai.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining days in a billing period. After cancellation, your stored reconciliation history will be retained for 30 days, during which you can export it. After 30 days it may be deleted.
5. Data accuracy and disclaimers
Feefind computes fee discrepancies against the published Stripe standard US fee schedule (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). All numerical outputs are derived from arithmetic against your uploaded files and this schedule. The tool does not assert that your processor overcharged you — it shows the arithmetic and lets you decide.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. You should verify any discrepancies against your own records before taking action. The operator accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on reconciliation results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Because no legal entity has been registered, liability is borne by the operator in their personal capacity.
7. Feedback
Feedback submitted through the service is stored in Cloudflare D1 for review. Submission is voluntary. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in feedback comments. The operator reviews feedback manually and cannot currently respond automatically because no email sender is available.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload files containing malicious code or content
- Attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Submit feedback containing abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content
9. Modifications
These terms may be updated when a legal entity is registered, when service features change, or for any other reason. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
No governing law or jurisdiction is specified because no legal entity has been registered. Once the operator registers an entity and provides a jurisdiction, that jurisdiction's law will govern these terms.
