Privacy notice

The operator of this service has not yet registered a legal entity. No company name, postal address, or jurisdiction is listed here because none has been established. Until an entity is registered, this notice describes the data practices of the service as operated. See the Terms of service for the current legal status.

No email address is collected or stored. There is no account system, no newsletter, and no way to contact you. If you submit feedback, you provide a row identifier and a comment — no email is requested or accepted. The operator cannot respond to you through this service because there is no email sender wired to this site.

What data this service processes

When you use the reconciliation tool:

Uploaded CSV files — Your payout report and order export. These are sent to the reconciliation API, processed in memory, and discarded immediately after the reconciliation result is returned. They are not written to disk or stored in any database.
Reconciliation results — The numerical summary and line-item breakdown computed from your files. On the free tier, this result is returned to your browser and never stored server-side. On the paid tier (not yet available), the summary and line items are stored in Cloudflare D1 so you can review past reconciliations.
Feedback submissions — Row identifiers, expected values, and optional comments you submit through the feedback form. These are stored in Cloudflare D1 so the operator can review them.

Retention

Free tier: No reconciliation data is retained server-side. Files and results exist only in your browser session.
Paid tier (not yet available): Reconciliation summaries are stored in Cloudflare D1 until you request their deletion or the account is closed. Feedback submissions are retained until the operator acts on them.
Feedback: Feedback records are kept for as long as the operator needs to review and respond to them. No automated deletion schedule is currently set.

Infrastructure and data location

This service is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. Data may be processed in Cloudflare data centers worldwide. Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing terms apply to the infrastructure layer. The operator does not control where Cloudflare processes data.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies or any form of client-side storage. No tracking scripts, analytics, or third-party embeds are loaded.

Third-party services

Google Fonts — Font files are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may collect usage data related to font loading. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Cloudflare — The site is served through Cloudflare's edge network. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of its CDN and DDoS protection services.

Your rights

Because no account system exists, there is no authenticated way to access, modify, or delete your data. If you have submitted feedback and need it removed, email feefind@agen2ic.ai with the feedback ID and your request. At present, no authenticated deletion mechanism exists, so the operator will handle these requests manually.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the operator registers a legal entity or when data practices change. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
